Attorney Christopher (Chris) J. Archer is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Archer Law Firm, LLC. An experienced litigator, he serves clients throughout the Midlands of South Carolina. Since 2014 he has helped individuals across South Carolina with various legal needs, always working tirelessly to achieve the best outcome possible. Recently, Chris has narrowed his practice to focus on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and family law. These areas of the law are very personal, often filled with heavy emotion. He has appeared in Municipal Courts, Magistrates Courts, Circuit Courts and has briefed cases heard and decided by the South Carolina Court of Appeals. He has secured settlements and verdicts on behalf of individuals injured by the negligence of others. He has secured settlements and awards on behalf of individuals injured at work. In the Family Court, he has handled contested and uncontested divorces, successfully pursued and defended claims for alimony and child support, secured temporary and final orders of child custody, and handled numerous adoptions and name changes.
